On the data source page, do the following: If the fields are available, enter the Username and Password, and optionally, enter SSO Domain. Select the Authentication method: Username and Password, Third-party SSO, or Integrated Authentication. Select the Edition: On Premise or SharePoint Online. In the SharePoint Site text box, enter the SharePoint URL. For a complete list of data connections, select More under To a Server. Start Tableau and under Connect, select SharePoint Lists. Typically, a deprecated connector will be retired 1–2 releases after it is deprecated. Once the connector is retired, it’s removed from the Tableau user interface and any data sources using the connector will no longer work as expected.
